Balancing times a working artist

This large piece from my new collection is in the window of the wonderful BlueHouse Art Space in Esher. A huge win!
But what I need to know is, do all artists constantly feel like they are not doing or achieving enough?! I have had some pretty demanding jobs throughout my life, but never before one in which I feel that I am always running to catch up.
I realise that months ago I said that my next post would cover embracing the concept of visualisation and manifesting since becoming a professional artist, but that I'm again writing about overwhelm. I guess there are many books written about this, but hey, I don't have time to read them as I have too much to do. :-D
This does, however, tie in with visualisation, which I woke in the night to recall that I definitely need to return to. I am part of a wonderful artists' membership, United Art Space. Among the many bonuses I get from being part of the group is access to daily visualisation recordings. If you had said to me even 10 years ago that I would be listening to these, let alone feeling their value, I would have laughed. But visualisation, manifesting through journalling and discussing all of this with fellow artists is now part of my life. (As are yoga, sound baths and outdoor swimming... I know!!)
So, as I hate to feel like I am rambling in these little posts, this is a reminder to myself and all of you struggling creatives, to stop occasionally. Step off the wheel and relax. Without a positive mindset, we will always feel like we are chasing for time and not 'doing' enough. However you choose to go about it, take time to visualise your future and celebrate your wins.
Let me know your thoughts. I can't be the only creative in this position!
