​​  Buying Art

  • How do I purchase a piece?
    Simply click on the artwork you love and follow the checkout process. If you need help, feel free to contact me on my email cagejosborne@gmail.com.

  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, payment plans are available. Choose PayPal at the checkout to pay later with Pay in 3. Complete your purchase with the first payment today, and remaining payments are taken automatically.

  • Are the artworks original or prints?
    Unless noted otherwise, all pieces are original. Limited edition prints and greetings cards will be available soon.

  • Colour representation

         I have taken great care to present my artwork in a way that accurately shows the colours, but there may be a slight difference in the actual               artwork and the online photograph.

  Custom Commissions

  • Can I commission a custom artwork?

        Not at this stage, but I will be open for commissions later this year.

  Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship?
    I currently ship to the UK, Canada and the USA. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout based on location and the size of your piece.  If you would like shipping elsewhere in the world, contact me at cagejosborne@gmail.com and I will send a quote. I am sorry that I can not send work to Europe at this time (2025). 

  • Any duties and import taxes will be billed directly to you by customs.

  • How is my artwork packaged?
    All pieces are carefully wrapped and boxed with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

  • What if my artwork is damaged during shipping?
    In the rare event of damage, please contact me within 48 hours with photos, and I’ll work with you to resolve it.

  • Returns & Policies

  • Can I return a piece?

         I hope you will love your artwork. However, if you change your mind, please email me within 14 days to discuss arrangements to return the art            to me in its original state (with original frame if it was bought framed) for a full refund. ( See my returns policy for full details)

  • What if I change my mind after ordering?
    If you need to cancel before shipping, contact me as soon as possible and we’ll see what’s possible.
