Shipping, Returns and Refunds

 

Correct Delivery Information

Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

Tracking Number

We provide tracking number for all shipments. There is a possibility of short delays, but it does not depend on us. Resending of the same shipments are additionally charged.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the UK. All duties and import taxes are the responsibility of you the customer, and you will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with piece you may return it at your cost (which for overseas customers must include all UK customs clearance formalities) within seven working days after receipt of your order, undamaged and in as close to the original packaging as possible for a full refund. I will be unable to refund items which have been damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging so please make sure that returned goods are sufficiently protected and packaged to avoid damage. 

When sending an item back to me, I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to me. Original and return postage is non refundable. Once received by us, providing they are in saleable condition you will be refunded for the full cost of the product(s) as soon as possible by the same payment method that you used to pay for your order. Please note that the refund may take a few days to reach your account (this will depend on individual banking times).

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order please email me as soon as possible at cagejosborne@gmail.com. If the order has already been dispatched, you should follow the procedure above. Postage and shipping costs are non refundable.

I regret that if a product has been printed to order then these rights to return do not apply, unless the product is faulty. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights. 

When returning goods please e-mail me at cagejosborne@gmail.com or phone 00 44 (0) 7939 287094. Please state Your order/ invoice number, date of order and receipt, and the reason for returning the piece.

Order Cancellation 

I reserve the right to cancel any orders prior to delivery. I will refund (or credit) the payment You have made.
